Recipe:⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
1 large piece of fresh ginger (about 5-6 inches long) diced ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
1/2 cup roughly chopped mint leaves⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
1 tablespoon whole cardamom pods
1 cup of water
1/2 cup honey ⠀

Directions:
Bring water to a boil and add ginger, mint, and cardamon simmer for 15 minutes. Add in honey and gently simmer for another 15 minutes. Remove from heat and let it cool to room temp. Strain through a sieve into a glass jar or bottle and store in the fridge. Enjoy!
