Kick your energy into gear with oats in the morning. This pantry staple is amazing for supporting energy levels, immune health and a more cheery mood (the food equivalent of rose-tinted glasses). Adding a Mab Tab to your overnight oats up-levels the impact, plus it tastes delicious. We like organic gluten free oats, but any kind will work in this recipe.
Makes two servings:
1 Mab Tab of your choosing
1/2 cup milk (dairy or non-dairy)
1/2 cup old-fashioned rolled oats
1 tablespoon chia seeds
1/3 cup yogurt (dairy or non-dairy)
Pinch of salt
1/2 – 1 tablespoon organic honey
Blackberries for topping
Dissolve Mab Tab in the chosen liquid. Set aside. Add oats, chia seeds, salt into a medium-sized bowl. Add in yogurt, honey, and the dissolved Mab Tab liquid. Stir until well combined. Pour into 8 oz jars with lids and refrigerate at least 4 hours or overnight.Top with blackberries when ready to eat.
