Here’s this week’s go-to for blended Mab Tab goodness: Mango Berry Mojo. This smoothie is naturally sweet from the mango and berries with a satisfying creaminess from the macadamia nut milk and hemp seeds.
1 Mab Tab
1/2 cup fresh or frozen mixed berries
1/2 Mango peeled and cubed
1 large handful of baby spinach (about 1/2 cup)
1 cup macadamia nut milk
1 heaping tablespoon hemp seeds
2 scoops unflavored collagen powder or protein powder
Ice (optional for those who prefer a colder smoothie!)
Drop all ingredients into your high powered blender and blend for about a minute or until smooth. Pour and enjoy! Ok, now hurry up and get back to your conference call 😉
