1-2 tsp matcha powder
½ ripe banana 
½ small avocado (or ¼ of a large)
2 sprigs of fresh mint
Handful of spinach
1 cup almond milk
1 tsp organic honey
1 Focus Mab Tab
2 scoops unflavored collagen powder or protein powder (optional)

Drop all ingredients into your high-powered blender and blend for about a minute or until well blended. Pour and enjoy!
