Peach season is kicking off and they are the perfect addition to your morning smoothie packed with fiber, antioxidants, and mouth-watering flavor. Ginger, turmeric and cinnamon add a great kick of flavor, and more importantly lend their antioxidant rich and anti inflammatory benefits. 1 ½ cups sliced peaches (fresh or frozen)
½ inch knob of fresh peeled ginger
¼ inch knob of fresh peeled turmeric
1 cup almond milk
1 tbsp ground flax
~2 tsp organic honey
½ tsp cinnamon

1 serving of unflavored collagen powder or protein powder (optional)
1 cup ice (optional)
Drop all ingredients into your high-powered blender and blend for about a minute or until well blended. Pour and enjoy.
