Chilled Herbal Mint Tea
This iced tea is perfect for when you need to cool down – and put your stress on ice too! Refreshing mint and tangy lime pair with our Blackberry flavored Calm Mab Stick for a delicious way to take the edge off anytime of day.
Fresh Mint Tea, chilled
Juice of ½ Lime
Remove the leaves from half a bunch of mint. Discard stems and give the leaves a rough chop to help release mint flavor. Place leaves in a teapot or large heat safe jar. Pour 8-10 oz of boiling water over leaves and steep until cooled – at least 20-30 minutes. Once cool, mix in lime juice and a Calm Mab Stick. Pour into glass over ice.
