8-12 oz Chamomile Tea, served hot

Squeeze of lemon

1 Calm Mab Stick

Boil water for tea. Pour over 1 round tablespoon of loose leaf chamomile or two tea bags. Steep 5-10 minutes. Drop Mab Stick into a mug and pour hot tea over it. Add a generous squeeze of lemon and stir well.
