Spiked Blackberry Lavender Lemonade

This cocktail is brightly citrusy and refreshing with just enough sweetness from honey and berries to balance the tart lemon. We’ve added lavender for an aromatic and relaxing element, and a Calm Mab Stick to really take the chill vibe to the next level.

Cocktail for 2:

12 Blackberries (muddled)
1 oz Lavender Honey
Juice of 2 whole Lemon
8 oz Sparkling Water
1 Calm Mab Stick
3 oz Gin
Garnish of lemon wheel, whole blackberries + Lavender buds

Mocktail Switchup: Skip the gin, using water instead to make a delightful blackberry lemonade.

Lavender Honey Syrup:

1 teaspoon dried lavender buds
2 oz organic honey
2 oz filtered water

First, make the lavender honey syrup. Add honey, water, and lavender to a small saucepan. Gently stir ingredients over low heat to melt the honey. Make sure not to overheat or boil the mixture. Once honey is fully melted, remove from heat.. Leave to steep for at least 15 minutes and up to one hour. Strain lavender from honey into a glass jar. There will be extra lavender honey syrup leftover for another batch of cocktails or to add to tea, coffee, lemonade- whatever you like!  Store syrup in the fridge for up to a month.
Muddle blackberries in the bottom of a shaker or jar. Squeeze lemon juice and pour into shaker with gin (or water if making a mocktail) and a Calm Mab Stick. Add honey lavender syrup. Top with sparkling water and gently stir to combine. Garnish with lemon peel and a spring of fresh lavender.
